PDMR share dealing
The Company has been notified by Michael Ziff, Non-Executive Director, that he has sold 100,000 TCS shares at a price of 219p pence per share, representing 0.18% of the Company's issued share capital. The transaction occurred on 7 March.
Following the sale Michael Ziff's shareholding in TCS now totals 2,569,081 beneficial shares and remains unchanged at 8,155,121 non-beneficial shares. These holdings equate to 4.8% and 15.3% respectively of the total issued share capital.
