Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

The Company has been notified that:

· On 2 October, Jacob Ziff bought 3,000 shares in the Company at a cost of 311.85p per share. Jacob is deemed to be a connected person with Edward Ziff.

Following the purchase, Jacob Ziff's beneficial holding is 134,766 shares, comprising 0.25% of the issued share capital and Edward Ziff's beneficial holding is unchanged at 5,470,524 shares, comprising 10.3% of the issued share capital and his non beneficial holding is 18,994,557 shares comprising 35.7%.

Notification of the above transactions is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
