Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

The Company has been notified that on 28 June, Duncan Syers, Finance Director, purchased 3,508 ordinary shares in the Company at an average price of 284 pence per share.

As a result of this transaction, Duncan Syers has a beneficial holding of 23,291 shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
