Total Produce plc announces that it has been notified today, 4th March 2011 by the Total Produce plc Employee Benefit Trust that they have purchased a total number of 697,252 ordinary shares of ā¬0.01 each in the capital of the company at a price of ā¬0.455 per share, as Trustee of the Total Produce plc Short Term Incentive Plan Stretch Award Scheme ("STIP Stretch Award Scheme").

The ordinary shares are held by the Trust on behalf of the Directors, as listed below, and cannot normally be disposed of for a period of up to five years from the date of purchase, in accordance with the terms of the Scheme.
