The change of non-beneficial interest notified on 11 March 2016 was following a grant of share options on 10 March 2016

Rory Byrne, Director, has advised Total Produce plc that, following a grant of share options on 10 March 2016, for the purposes of Chapter 5 of Part 5 of the Companies Act 2014, he is deemed to have a non-beneficial interest in options over 125,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each with an exercise price of €1.55 per share.
