TOTAL PRODUCE AppointS Non-Executive Director
Total Produce plc is pleased to announce that Kevin Toland (49) will join its Board as a non-executive director with effect from 1 July 2015. Kevin is currently the CEO of DAA plc which is responsible for the operation of Dublin and Cork airports and Aer Rianta International, the international airport group. Kevin previously held senior executive positions with a number of multinational companies.
Full details of his current and past directorships within the last five years are being provided under a separate regulatory filing. There are no other items requiring disclosure in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules and the ESM Rules. Kevin Toland does not currently have any interest in ordinary shares in Total Produce.
