Share Consolidation, Sub-division and Total Voting Rights
TomCo Energy plc announces that, further to the Company's announcement of 9 June 2017, 22,667,800 New Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading on AIM at 8.00 a.m. today with SEDOL code BZBXMN9 and ISIN code IM00BZBXMN96. The Company's TIDM remains unchanged: TOM.
The Company will hold no Ordinary Shares in treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 22,667,800 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
Capitalised terms used in this announcement carry the same meaning as those ascribed to them in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 17 May 2017, unless the context requires otherwise.
