Update in relation to full repayment and termination of the Placement Facility
The board of directors (the "Board") of Tintra, the rapidly innovating Deep Tech & Banking business, provides the following update on the agreement for full and final settlement (the "Agreement") with Fintech Leaders Fund, LLC ("FLF") as previously announced on 5 July 2023.
The Company has instructed fund transfers to settle the Agreement with FLF. In this regard, the transfer of funds to the UK to settle is taking longer than expected. The Company expects the Agreement to complete in due course. A further update will be given at the earliest opportunity.
