Tangent Communications plc announces that Graeme Harris, Finance Director, will be stepping down from the Board on 28 February 2010 and leaving the Company as a full time employee on 31 March 2010. Graeme will, however, remain involved with the business and will act as a consultant to Tangent for a period of twelve months following his departure.

Appointment of Group Finance Controller and Company Secretary

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Kevin Cameron as the Group Financial Controller and Company Secretary. Kevin has been Finance Director of Ravensworth Digital Services since 2003, a company which was acquired by Tangent in March 2007. Kevin will be working with Graeme through to the end of March to ensure a smooth handover and thereafter with Graeme as a consultant. It is the Board's intention to appoint an Executive Finance Director to the Board in the near future.

Nicholas Green, joint CEO of Tangent said: "Graeme has been with Tangent since 2005 and has played an invaluable role. I would like to thank him for his hard work and support and on behalf of the Board and all his colleagues; I would like to wish Graeme every success."
