Tangent (AIM: TNG), the online print and digital marketing business, announces that it was notified on 21 January 2016, that Nigel Kissack, Non-Executive Director of the Company, sold 2,428 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.315 pence per Ordinary Share on 21 January 2016. The sale of these shares was an automatic transaction triggered by a stockbroker service charge in relation Nigel Kissack's shareholding. 

As a result of the above transaction, Nigel Kissack holds 337,744 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the voting rights of the Company.
