Tandem Group plc (AIM: TND), designers, developers and distributors of sports, leisure and mobility products, announces that it has been notified that Jonathan Crookall, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today purchased 3,916 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 255 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, Jonathan Crookall is now interested in a total of 3,916 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
