Significant shareholdings
The Company has today been notified that MacMillan Trading Company Limited ("MacMillan") acquired 3,628,498 TMT shares from Alula Trading Limited ("Alula") and other parties. As a result, MacMillan now owns 7,030,144 TMT shares, representing 25.34% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Alula no longer owns any shares in the Company.
