The Company was notified on 5 July 2012 that following the sale of 1,300,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 27 June 2012, Ubenord Investments Limited is now interested in 600,000 ordinary shares in TMT representing 2.43% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The Company's total number of issued ordinary shares is 24,642,860.
