Grant of Options
Time Out Group plc (AIM: TMO), the global multi-platform media and e-commerce business with food & cultural markets, and its Remuneration Committee announce that on 21 October 2016, the following options have been granted to Persons Dispensing Managerial Responsibility of the Company, exercisable at 141p.
The options are issued under the Time Out Group plc Long Term Incentive Plan.
