OAO TMK11 May 2007 11th May 2007 TMK announces preliminary discussions OAO TMK, announces that it is engaging in preliminary discussions with regard toa potential transaction with Ukrainian pipe and steel products company Interpipe. These talks are at an early and exploratory stage and there can be no certaintythat they will lead to a transaction or the form it will take. OAO TMK has no further comment at this time.
