(TSX: THT and AIM: TMG) As previously announced, Thistle Mining Inc. ("Thistle") obtained an order onJanuary 7, 2005 from the Ontario Superior Court of Justice to commence Thistle'srestructuring under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act ("CCAA"). Thistle announced today that on May 10, 2005, the Ontario Superior Court ofJustice granted a sanction order approving the Thistle plan of compromise andreorganization dated March 24, 2005 pursuant to the CCAA. At this time, it is anticipated that Thistle will emerge from its restructuringprocess in late May or early June 2005.
