Further to the announcement of 1 March 2013, The Mission Marketing Group plc ('the missiontm' or "the Company", AIM: TMMG), the national marketing communications and advertising group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Giles Lee as a director of the Company.

Giles joined Bray Leino, the Company's largest agency which is focused on integrated creative communications, in 2005 and has since held various roles, including Group Finance Director, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and his current position as Executive Chairman. Prior to joining Bray Leino he worked as Finance Director at Merrydown plc. Giles became a Fellow of the Institute of Management Accountants in 2002.

Commenting, David Morgan, executive chairman of the Company, said: "The Board is delighted to welcome Giles to the Board. He has been an integral part of Bray Leino's growth and success and we are confident that it will continue to prosper under his management."

The following further information in relation to the appointment of Mr. Lee is disclosed in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

Mr. Lee holds 609,358 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company.
