Director/PDMR shareholding
The Mission Marketing Group plc ("themission", "the Company" or "the Group", AIM: TMMG), the technology-embraced marketing communications and advertising group, announces that on 24 July 2018 the Trustees of the Company's Share Incentive Plan ("the Plan"), acquired Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 53.7 pence per Ordinary Share for the Directors listed below using proceeds from dividends on shares held by the Plan, received on 23 July 2018.
The Plan, as described in the announcement of 11 November 2014, is run independently by Yorkshire Building Society Trustees Limited, which purchases shares in the open market on behalf of employees participating in the Plan.
The holdings of those Directors whose beneficial interest has increased following the acquisition of Ordinary Shares is as follows:
