Directors' Shareholdings
The Mission Marketing Group plc ("the Company", AIM: TMMG), the national marketing communications and advertising group, was informed yesterday of the following purchases of shares by Directors:
Robert Day, Executive Director, yesterday purchased 911,743 ordinary shares in the Company at 7.5p per share and now holds 4,532,378 ordinary shares representing approximately 6.25 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
Peter Fitzwillliam, Finance Director, yesterday purchased 133,334 ordinary shares in the Company at 7.5p per share and now holds 287,181 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.40 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
