Board Change

The Mission Marketing Group plc ('themission®`), the national marketing communications and advertising group, today announces that Martin Banbury will step down as a non-executive director and will serve a three month notice period.

Martin founded themission in 2002 and since the IPO in April 2006 has gradually reduced his time commitment to the Group in order to devote his attention to other interests, stepping down from themission executive team in January 2007. Martin has since taken up the position of Chairman and Chief Executive of MediaEquals - the new trading platform for traditional media. 

Commenting Francis Maude, Chairman, said:

"I would like to thank Martin for his vision and energy in starting the success story of themission. On behalf of the Board, and all of the management team in themission, I wish him well in his exciting new venture. We look forward to doing business with him in the future at MediaEquals."

Commenting, Martin Banbury said:
