Renewed and expanded contract with High Weald Lewes Havens Clinical Commissioning Group

Contract grows from 3 to 36 Long Term Conditions.

High Weald Lewes Havens (HWLH) Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) has extended and expanded its agreement with Totally Health Ltd ("Totally Health") the wholly owned subsidiary of Totally (AIM; TLY) for an additional 12 months.

The original pilot delivered help for patients with three conditions (Osteoarthritis of the hip, Osteoarthritis of the knee and Menorrhagia) where national Patient Decisions Aids (PDAs) existed and referrals were accepted from four of HWLH's practices. The new agreement covers 36 conditions and referrals will be made from all GP practices in the CCG, reflecting the success of the original smaller pilot.

Totally Health Coaches Strengthen the Programme

Totally Health produced PDAs for NHS England as part of its 2012/3 shared decision making contract. Although free for patients to access nationally, HWLH CCG has commissioned Totally Health to provide decision support coaching to its patients to ensure that they take ownership of treatment options available to them through having access to their own health coach who can dedicate time and expertise to support them.

Chief Executive Wendy Lawrence said,

"I am delighted that HWLH CCG has renewed and extended their contract with us as, whilst the expected revenues are not significant, it demonstrates our success in supporting patients to make the right decisions about their care and treatment options. 

"This takes us into other areas of medicine, building upon our expertise in the management of long term conditions and the delivery of sophisticated technology applications."
