19 September AIM: TLY Totally PLC ("Totally", "the Company" or "the Group") Notice of Results and Financing Update
Totally intends to release its results for the six months ended 30 June 2012 on Tuesday, 25 September 2012. As indicated in the statement which accompanied its results for the year ended 31 December 2011, pursuant to the Company's entry into the Healthcare sector, significant growth opportunities in providing IT services to the charity sector and for working capital requirements the Company intends to raise additional capital over the coming months. The Company continues to benefit from the financial support of its banks and major shareholders and is currently in discussions with its bankers regarding the provision of overdraft facilities.
