Totally plc (AIM: TLY), the provider of a range of healthcare services across the UK and Ireland, announces that Mike Rogers, Non-Executive Director, has purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.29 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mike Rogers has a total beneficial interest in 190,000 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.10 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
