Tlou Energy Limited is an AIM and ASX listed company focused on delivering power in Botswana and southern Africa through the development of coal bed methane ("CBM").
Tlou wishes to announce that the Offer Booklet relating to the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) announced on 24 March 2017 was sent to shareholders on 28 March 2017 and a copy is available on the Company's website www.tlouenergy.com. The SPP Offer closes at 5.00pm AEST on Friday 21 April 2017.
