Further to the approval by shareholders of the issue of performance rights to Tlou directors at the Company's annual general meeting held on 24 November 2021, the Company confirms that on 15 December 2021, 6,000,000 performance rights in the Company were issued for nil consideration ("Performance Rights") to Tlou Directors.
