In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1(4), the Company announces that it is satisfied that all inside information, which the Directors and the Company may have leading up to the announcement of the half year results for the six months ended 31st December 2011, has previously been notified to a Regulatory Information Service and, therefore, the dealings referred to in Listing Rule 15.5.1(3) are permitted.
