Exchange rate for the interim dividend for the period from 1 October 2022 to 31 December 2022
ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust plc (the "Company"), the renewable energy investment trust providing direct access to sustainable energy infrastructure in fast growing economies in Asia, announces that the USD:GBP exchange rate for the previously announced interim dividend for the period from 1 October 2022 to 31 December 2022 of 1.18 cents per ordinary share has been set at 0.7928. The sterling equivalent dividend payable is 0.9355 pence per ordinary share. The sterling denominated dividend will be paid on 23 May 2023 to the electing shareholders on the register at the close of business on 21 April 2023.
