Dividend Declaration

The Board of ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust plc (the "Company") has declared a second interim dividend in respect of the year ending 31 December 2023 (the "Q2 2023 Dividend"). The Q2 2023 Dividend of 0.44 cents per ordinary share is in respect of the quarter ended 30 June 2023. The Q2 2023 Dividend will be paid on 11 September 2023 to shareholders on the register on 18 August 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 17 August 2023. The Q2 2023 Dividend will be funded out of the Company's distributable capital reserves.

The dividend timetable facilitates a period for shareholders to elect to receive the Q2 2023 Dividend payment, which is declared and, by default, payable in US Dollars, in either Sterling or Euros as an alternative. The deadline for receipt of elections for the payment of the Q2 2023 Dividend other than in US Dollars is (5pm BST) on 23 August 2023. 

A copy of the dividend currency election form can be downloaded from www.investorcentre.co.uk and the Company's website : https://tlenergyimpact.com/. Completed dividend currency election forms should be sent to the Company's registrar, Computershare Investor Services PLC, c/o The Pavilions, Bridgewater Road, Bristol, BS99 6ZY. CREST shareholders must elect via CREST.
