The "Director/PDMR Shareholding" announcement released on 16 December 2021 under RNS number 9637V has been amended as follows:
Sections 4.c and 4.d of the announcement relating to the price of the share purchase has been corrected to USD 1.00 and the aggregated prices have been updated accordingly.

ThomasLloyd Energy Impact Trust plc, announces that on 14 December 2021, Sue Inglis, Mukesh Rajani and Clifford Tompsett, all Non-Executive Directors of the Company, acquired 65,000, 33,000 and 33,000 ordinary shares respectively in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
