Notes:
1) The Company reduced its holding in Ascent Resources Plc to 17.6M shares and realised the bulk of its investment in Pan African Resources Plc during the quarter ended 31 March 2010. Tiger made a return of 17% on an investment of 19,000 Impala Platinum Pty Ltd shares in the same period.
2) All future reporting will be made on a quarterly basis and accordingly the next announcement will disclose the PV per share and investments as at 30 June 2010. The Company will disclose its investments on a quarterly basis when disclosing its PV.
3) The PV calculation does not include treasury shares that may be held by the Company from time to time, both in the asset base and in computing the total number of shares in issue.
