The unaudited portfolio value (PV) (based on investments and cash only) at 30 September 2011 was 3.58 pence per ordinary share.

Notes:
1) The above PV calculation assumes that 50 million Ordinary shares of 1 pence each have been successfully tendered by the Company's shareholders following the recently announced tender offer result and accordingly the cash outlay equivalent to the purchase of 50 million Ordinary shares at 3.75 pence per share by the Company has been excluded from the assets line of the PV calculation. The share capital has also been netted off by 50 million Ordinary shares and the PV calculation is based on 122,571,939 Ordinary shares (excludes 4.5 million treasury shares).
2) All future reporting will be made on a quarterly basis and accordingly the next announcement will disclose the PV per share and investments as at 31 December 2011. The Company will disclose its investments on a quarterly basis when disclosing its PV.
