Notes:
1) The above PV calculation is based on 138,331,939 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("Ordinary shares") being the Company's issued share capital of 142,831,939 Ordinary shares less 4,500,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury.
2) African Pioneer PLC (quoted on ISDX) is a company incubated by Tiger and this investment is carried at cost for the purpose of computing the 31 December 2015 quarterly PV.
3) Ascent Resources Plc ("Ascent") shares have been consolidated on the basis of 1 New Ordinary share for every 20 existing shares in the company and the current holding of 482,142 shares in Ascent is post consolidation.
4) The Company made an investment of £25,000 in Pacific North West Capital Corp during the quarter ended 31 December 2015.
5) Cash funds held by the Company at 31December 2015 amounted to £519,144. This amount includes the sum of £50,000 held in the Company's brokerage account pending the completion of a share purchase.
6) All future reporting will be made on a quarterly basis and accordingly the next announcement will disclose the PV per share and investments as at 31 March 2016. The Company will disclose its investments on a quarterly basis when disclosing its PV.
