1) The above PV calculation is based on 138,331,939 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("Ordinary shares") being the Company's issued share capital of 142,831,939 Ordinary shares less 4,500,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury.

2) The investments of ÂŁ210,000 and ÂŁ40,000 respectively in African Pioneer PLC (quoted on ISDX) and Sovereign Energy PLC relate to companies incubated by Tiger and are carried at cost for the purpose of computing the 31 December 2013 quarterly PV.

3) Cash funds held by the Company at 31 December 2013 amounted to ÂŁ540,608.45

4) The investment in Union Med Tech PLC has been marked down to nil whilst the company is suspended from trading on ISDX.

5) All future reporting will be made on a quarterly basis and accordingly the next announcement will disclose the PV per share and investments as at 31 March 2014. The Company will disclose its investments on a quarterly basis when disclosing its PV.
