NAV Update

The unaudited portfolio value (PV) (based on investments and cash only) at 31 December 2014 was 1.34 pence per ordinary share. 

Investments held by the Company as at 31/12/14

Notes:

1) The above PV calculation is based on 138,331,939 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("Ordinary shares") being the Company's issued share capital of 142,831,939 Ordinary shares less 4,500,000 Ordinary shares held in treasury.

2) African Pioneer PLC (quoted on ISDX) is a company incubated by Tiger and this investment is carried at cost for the purpose of computing the 31 December 2014 quarterly PV.

3) Cash funds held by the Company at 30 December 2014 amounted to £456,562.60.

4) African Eagle Resources Plc has temporarily suspended the trading of its shares on AIM and this investment is carried at the closing price per share prior to suspension. Vatukoula Gold Mines has withdrawn the trading of the company's shares on AIM and this investment has been written down to nil.

5) Polar Star Mining Corp. was acquired in December 2014 and is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Iron Creek Capital Corp (re-named Revelo Resources Corp. post acquisition). Polar Star shareholders received 0.26 common shares of Iron Creek for each Polar Star Share.

6) All future reporting will be made on a quarterly basis and accordingly the next announcement will disclose the PV per share and investments as at 31 March 2015. The Company will disclose its investments on a quarterly basis when disclosing its PV.
