Board and Management changes
The Board of Tiger announces that Colin Bird has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Bruce Rowan continues as Executive Chairman and Michael Nolan (previously a Non-Executive Director) and Raju Samtani (1) have been appointed as Executive Directors of the Company.
Tiger will direct its investment policy towards small and mid-cap resource companies, with special focus on Africa, through the industry knowledge and specific areas of expertise of its Investment Committee, which will comprise of Bruce Rowan, Colin Bird and Michael Nolan.
The Company has adopted a mission to pro-actively manage its investment portfolio and business affairs under this revised structure. Tiger is well funded and in addition to its investment portfolio it holds in excess of £3.45M in cash at the date of this announcement.
