Tiger Resource Finance PLC18 January 2007 Tiger Resource Finance p.l.c. Issue of shares Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for 1,190,000 ordinaryshares of nominal value £0.01 each in the capital of the Company ('OrdinaryShares') to be admitted to trading on AIM. Dealing is expected to commence inthese shares on 23 January, 2007. These Ordinary Shares have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of options.These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Sharesof the Company. The beneficiary of the new shares being issued is Michael Nolan (Non-ExecutiveDirector of the Company). Mr Nolan has notified the Company that he will havean interest of 1,315,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company following the issue ofthe above shares.
