Notification of Transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility

The board of Tinopolis announces that on 30 June 2008, Mr Jeff Foulser was awarded 111,111 Ordinary Shares in the capital of Tinopolis at zero pence per share out of treasury in respect of an award over Ordinary Shares made to him on 1 March 2006.

As a result of such issue, Mr Jeff Foulser holds 257,994 Ordinary Shares in the capital of Tinopolis representing approximately 0.3% of Tinopolis' issued Ordinary share capital.
