Placing to raise £20,000 through placing of new ordinary shares
ReGen announces that due to market demand following the recent placing it has today placed, directly and through its broker 123,839 ordinary shares of 10p each at 16.15p per share ("the Placing") and as a result has raised £20,000 . The new ordinary shares, which will represent 1 per cent of the enlarged issued share capital (11,915,889) of the Company, will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares in the Company.
Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the 123,839 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence on 18 August 2008.
