ReGen Therapeutics PLC28 March 2008 28 March 2008 ReGen Therapeutics Plc Further Placing ReGen Therapeutics Plc ("ReGen" or the "Company", AIM: RGT) is pleased toannounce that further to the placing of 629,685 new ordinary shares which wasannounced on 26 March 2008 ("the Placing"), and in order to satisfy marketdemand, a further placing ("the Further Placing") has been arranged. The Company has today placed through Alexander David Securities Limited, 130,000new ordinary shares of 10p each at 32.5p per share, (the same terms as thePlacing) and as a result has raised £42,250 before expenses of the issue. In addition, ReGen has today issued 138,889 new ordinary shares to Duke HoldingsCorporation Limited ("Duke") as payment of the drawdown fees under the equitycredit facility agreement announced on 26 March 2008. The total of 268,889 new ordinary shares, which will represent 2.41% per cent ofthe enlarged issued share capital of the Company, will rank pari passu in allrespects with the existing ordinary shares in the Company. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinaryshares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in the new ordinary sharesare expected to commence on 2 April 2008.
