Board Changes
ReGen Therapeutics Plc ('ReGen' or 'the Company') announces that Keith Corbin has resigned his position as deputy chairman and non-executive director to the Company with immediate effect.
Mr Corbin has resigned because his business commitments have expanded, particularly outside of Europe, making it difficult for him to properly fulfil his role at ReGen.
The Board thanks Keith for his contribution to ReGen and wishes him every success in developing his business.
