Transactions by Directors and other PDMRs
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
On 14 March 2014, the following Directors and other PDMRs acquired such number of ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("New Shares") as set out in the table below in relation to entitlements taken up in connection with the Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer of 209,375,000 New Shares at 32 pence per New Share announced on 21 February 2014 ("Firm Placing and Placing and Open Offer"). The consideration paid was 32 pence per New Share.
