Following the court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of TI Fluid Systems (UK, constituent) by ABC Technologies Acquisitions Limited (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and effective dates below:

TI Fluid Systems (UK, BYQB9V8) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 index.

Ocean Wilsons (UK, 0655790) will be added to the FTSE 250 Index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

All changes effective from 15 April 2025.
