Crimson Tide Plc (TIDE) ("Crimson Tide" or "The Company"), the provider of the mpro5 solution, announces that it expects to publish its results for the year ended 31 December 2022 on 12 April 2023.

The Company is also pleased to announce that directors will provide a live presentation relating to these results via the Investor Meet Company platform on 13 April 2023 at 2:30pm BST.

The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
