The Company announces that in order to transfer part of his current share holding in the Company into his SIPP,Β on 20 January 2009,Β Graham Ashley,Β Non-executive Director,Β sold 2,300,000Β ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares")Β representing approximately 0.72Β per cent of the current issued ordinary share capital of the Company ("Issued Share Capital") at a price of 1Β pence per Ordinary Share. MrΒ Ashley's SIPP then purchased 2,300,000Β Ordinary Shares at a price of 1Β pence per Ordinary Share,Β representing approximately 0.72Β per cent of the Issued Share Capital.Β
Following these transactions, Graham Ashley's total holding in theΒ Company remains unchanged at 17,000,000 Ordinary Shares,Β representing approximately 5.33Β per cent of the Issued Share Capital.Β
