Crimson Tide announces that Barrie Whipp, Executive Chairman, has purchased 110,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in the Company ("Shares"). The Shares were purchased at a price of 3.15 pence per share on 19 December 2017. Following the purchase, Mr Whipp holds 102,820,132 Shares, representing 22.6% of the issued share capital.
