Director's Share Purchase
Digital Barriers plc (LSE AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, announces that it was notified on 21 December 2011 that Nicholas Holgate, Group Finance Director, acquired on 21 December 2011 3,000 ordinary shares in the Group of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 165.25 pence per share.
Following the transaction, Nicholas Holgate holds 3,000 Ordinary Shares in the Group representing 0.01 per cent of the issued share capital of the Group.
