Thruvision (AIM:THRU), the leading provider of "safe distance" people-screening technology to the international security market, announces that on 23 December 2021, Tom Black, Executive Chairman of Thruvision, purchased 1,833,096 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 22.7725p.
Following this transaction, Tom Black's total beneficial shareholding in the Company is 13,182,540 ordinary shares, representing 9.04% of the Company's total issued share capital and total voting rights.
