Bernie Waldron appointed Non-Executive Director of Servelec Group plc
Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB, the "Company"), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, announces that Bernie Waldron, Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Servelec Group plc ("Servelec"). Servelec's shares will be listed on the Official List and admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange from 2 December 2013.
