Balance of Ordinary 1p shares under the 1,281,600
Scheme at 1 November 2021:

At 31 March 2022 the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue with voting rights is 146,589,118.
No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.
The above figure of 146,589,118 Ordinary Shares in the Company carrying voting rights may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
