Announcement of First Interim Dividend
In accordance with the Prospectus dated 22 February 2013, the Company has today declared its first interim dividend payment in respect of the period from its launch on 7 March 2013 to 30 June 2013 of 2 pence per share as detailed in the schedule below:
Interim ordinary dividend 1.62 pence per share
Interim Property Income Distribution (PID) 0.38 pence per share
Ex-Dividend Date: 7 August 2013
Record Date: 9 August 2013
Pay Date: 30 August 2013
It is anticipated that, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the Company will pay quarterly dividends of 1.5 pence per Share in November 2013 (for the quarter to 30 September), February 2014 (for the quarter to 31 December 2013), May 2014 (for the quarter to 31 March) and August 2014 (for the final quarter of the Company's first financial period to 30 June).
